Return & Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange (see below for details).

Return & Exchange Process

  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return address and any necessary forms.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all original tags and labels. Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
