    • Shipping Fee: $12.95
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Available for orders over $50

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship globally, excluding certain remote areas in Asia.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Smocked Dresses

  4. Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund Timeframe: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
